1. Alcohol
You should not share alcohol with your pets and cats. It is not a laughing matter. Alcohol could do permanent damage to cat’s organ. There is a chance your feline friend may die. It is very important to keep the alcohol-related product away from your cat. So, it is advised to keep alcohol and personal care product away from cats.

2. Chocolate
Chocolate is very toxic to feline friends. Even though most cats would not eat it on their own. But, they can be given by owners or other people are giving a treat to the cat. Theobromine is the compound is a toxic agent is harmful to cats. All kinds of chocolate are toxic to cats, even white chocolate. The most dangerous is dark chocolate. If your cat ate chocolate by mistake could end up in heart disease, tremors in worse case death.

3. Caffeine
A large amount of caffeine could be toxic to the feline friends. There is no antidote for curing caffeine poisoning. Caffeine poisoning is fatal to cats that include restlessness, rapid breathing, and heart palpitations. Some source of caffeine is cocoa, chocolate, colas etc. Normally cats do not get attracted to caffeine smell.

4. Dairy products
Most cats are lactose tolerance. Because the enzyme that breaks down lactose is absent in most cats. As a young kitty grow up they lose this enzyme from their body. So, When an adult cat drinks milk, they can digest the lactose, and cause stomach upset.

5. Raw Foods
Raw foods are like raw meat, raw fish, and raw eggs. This could sometime toxic to your feline friends. Raw food could contain bacteria. And, can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and a painful condition like pancreatitis. It is recommended to take advice from a vet before giving raw food to cats.

6. Grapes And Raisins
Most kitties would not eat them if you even share it with them. Your feline friend can suffer acute kidney failure from eating grapes and raisins. So, it is not wise to give your cat these fruits instead you could share other fruits like banana, apples, and mango.

7. Onion and Garlic
Onion and garlic are toxic to cats both raw and cooked. They could break down cat’s red blood cells. If your feline friend is eating onions and garlic on a regular basis every day can cause onion poisoning. You should keep them away from your cat.

8. Xylitol
According to ASPCA Xylitol is very toxic to your furball. It can cause cat liver failure and result in death in the worse case.
